Greg - thanks for that.Just back from the race brief (2000-2100 tonight)and I'm feeling surprisingly relaxed. No doubt I feel a bit more tension tomorrow night, but really, there aren't any unknowns with this race in terms of heat, wind and distance, its just a matter of cracking on. Glad you enjoyed the workshop, no doubt you made a great contribution. Cheers, Rob
